I am having trouble getting any significant growth out of my tomato seedlings. I have been feeding them with liquid seaweed and fish emulsion and also put some worm castings on them. I have been keeping them warm but not too hot, putting them under fluorescent lighting, and putting them outside on warm sunny days, but they don't seem to be jumping up and growing like they have in the past. Any ideas?

when did you start the seeds? They need to be in the ground soon or you won't get any fruit production when the summer heat sets in.
