Our tomatoes keep producing and producing. My husband said the tomatoes had to much rain and to much fertilizer on them . Some will not turn red now and the red ones are red but yellow spotted. Are they still edible?

The yellow spot don't have anything to do with rain or fertilizer..it's from stink bugs. Do you ever see these..

they will cause the yellow spots and the tomatoes are edible.

As far as the tomatoes not ripening, mine don't ripen very faast either..are you sure that it's a real problem?

The tomatoes aren't rippening very quickly because it just isn't hot enough for them, but have patience and they will rippen. The "early" varieties will rippen faster, but who of us thought of planting those for this time of year...who could have predicted this weather? It's not too late, however, to get those varieties out for a fall garden.
