I have a problem with bees on my hummingbird feeder. Does anyone have an idea how to keep them away? Ursula Herbst

We keep bees and have hummingbird feeders.

We have tried just about everything to keep the bees off.
The orange oil did not work for us.

Peppermint oil works for a while.
The only thing that worked well was S.S.S.(avon skin so soft)
We put it on the bottom of the feeder where the birds won't get into it.
It also keeps the ants off.
