Tree was leaking or running sap from its fork. Has a cavity at the fork that may be a problem. Leaves have turned yellow, what little are left. Other magnolia trees are fine, but separate locations. Should I try sick tree treatment?

The answer is Yes, the sick tree treatment might help this tree, and if it the tree is too far gone, the site will be healthier for the next tree or whatever you choose to plant in the area.
