just noticed a problem on my garlic. about 6' of a row of Metechi is died off to ground. several leaveson the surrounding plants(metechi, lorz italian, ajo rojo) have some of the same symptoms- leaves turning yellow/brown along the edges except for the rib which still green. this has to have happened in just the last several days. even some hyacinth in near the row have died back. they were there when i planted the garlic but i had forgotten about them til they came up this spring. until now have not had any problems with the planting in sept. last year.
any ideas?
i looked in Meredith book on garlic and on line in several places but nothing close to my symptoms were dicribed.
thanks for help

I'm getting some reports on viral diseases on several different kinds of plants. Assuming the soil is healthy and draining well, what might greatly help is a spraying of Garrett Juice Plus with 16 ounces of hydrogen peroxide added per gallon of mix.
