I am a member of the dallasgreenlife yahoo group, and this was posted on there this morning:

Richardson Community Garderns
Richardson residents are invited to participate in a community
garden constructed by Plant Pathologist Dr. Kevin Ong at the
Texas Ag Research Station on Coit Road. Community garden plots
are avail. for anyone interested in growing their own vegetables.
The plots are raised, irrigated and contain all new planning
soil. Four are handicapped accessible. Ong plans to plant
display gardens to show new or different plants that thrive in
the area.
