I guess I need a couple of good web sites to help me ID some of the trees and shrubs we have on our place. Thumbnails are so time consuming to go through and this is so much easier! So here you go. This is one of the more colorful trees right now. I'd really like to know what it is. Thanks.

I've heard it called a RED HAW. I really don't have a clue though. Maybe others can help.

I would bet money that this is a Rusty Blackhaw Viburnum. A tree that size is a treasure to have, not only to you but to the birds who love the berries, which are called black haws. I have a library of books that I use so I don't have any web sites bookmarked. Is this tree in a place where I can see it, it is one of the biggest I have seen.
