Does anyone know if these trees are good trees, or more trouble than they are worth?? I have read that they can grow quickly and provide quick shade. Is this too good to be true. Any recommendations?

Could you elaborate on the tree you listed? What is an austree?

The "soap" you use is normally chemicals, etc. Use real SOAP !!

I'm drawing a blank on this tree name as well.

A little web research indicates this:
