The first is like a textbook written by a soviet researcher in the 1950s. I'd say the USSR was easily 30-50 years ahead of us in microbial research AND DEVELOPMENT!!! They had been perfecting microbes since the 1920s.

The second link was written in part by Dr Elaine Ingham. She's great!

I live in Canyon Lake, TX near San Antonio. I want to start an organic garden, but need to build a raised bed and start from scratch. I need some advice on the type of soil I need to start with and what amendments to add. I'd appreciate the help.
