Can you spray Garrett juice when dew is on the leaves of plants? I just wanted to start spraying early when dew is on the plants.

Early morning is the best time to foliar feed, dew or no dew. The pores of the plant are open during the cool damp hours of the morning allowing the spray to be taken in quite easily. The capillary action of plants taking in the foliar spray happens fast, almost immediate. Even if it rains there will still be some benefit to the plant as well as the soil that gets an indirect hit.

Is it also true that the plants absorb nutrients best from the underside of the leaves? I read this, and it's more difficult than spraying from overhead and wanted to make sure the additional effort it worth it.

Thanks,
Chris

Chris-
This is true and if you are spraying for pests, they are usually on the undersides also.
