Bacterial Blight
A bacterial disease that causes dark-green water spots that turn brown and may die leaving a hole in the leaves of tomatoes, plums, and several ornamental plants. Controls include healthy soil, garlic tea, hydrogen peroxide (to clean plants). BioSafe is an excellent commercial product labeled for use on this disease.
