Dirt Doctor Health Drink

Here’s what I do every day – or as often as possible:

  • Redmond Clay per label directions – 1-2 teaspoons. .

  • 2-3 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar such as Bragg.

  • 1-2 tablespoons of a quality fish oil. Capsules can be substituted.

  • Enough juice and water to make about 8-10 oz. I use pomegranate or cranberry mostly. Stir well. The juice can be omitted when you develope a taste for vinegar.

  • With the drink I take vitamins A, C, D, calcium/magnesium and later a sublingual E, and

maybe most important – Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics.

In addition to the drink, I eat as much organic fruit and vegetables as possible and grass-finished meats. Avoid white rice and white breads. I also drink as much filtered water as possible and don’t use any salt except Redmond sea salt, but use it generously. I also give blood every 8 weeks. It forces your body to build new blood and helps many people.

P.S. You may noticed that I have changed my recommendations from natural DE to Redmond Clay. The concern is that people might buy the wrong DE. Also the Redmond product seems to be a better option and is labeled for human use. The only DE products I recommend for internal use are from DiaSource.

How much vinegar do you drink in the morning ? Do you use ginger or cinnamon ?
I drink about 2 tablespoons of vinegar per day.
Cinnamon in my oatmeal, when I not eating eggs
and I chew pieces of fresh ginger when I remember.
