Help Make Raw Milk and Cheese Available

I love raw milk cheese. To get these healthy cheeses, raw milk must be available. In the past, the State of Texas has made it difficult – but it’s about to get worse.

The Texas Health Department is trying to tighten the sale of raw milk and raw milk products, but they are at least soliciting comments before they make recommendations.
