Howard showcases Freetote, a 300-acre organic project demonstrating large-scale organic land management, including the successful planting of 4,000 trees in solid limestone rock and the unexpected thriving of Monuma Cypress trees in the area. The property also earned LEED certification as one of the first projects to integrate organic practices into the national Green Building Council's environmental standards, proving organic maintenance costs the same as chemical programs.
