High fat, low carb diets have been talked about and recommended for a long time. They have also been used successfully by me and many of my fellow health enthusiasts for a spell with great success. You may have heard me recommend the book, Wheat Belly, on the radio show. It gives great information on how to easily alter your diet, lose weight and gain health.
Now I have another recommendation. The Diet Doctor is a Swedish MD that has a great video on the subject and you can watch it by clicking on the arrow below. I hope you enjoy it and use his advice. I’ll try to have him on the show in the near future. The Diet Doctor website.
